These terms apply to your use of the BISCAVO website and to any order you place with us online. By using the site you agree to them.

Online orders

• Online orders are for collection only from the BISCAVO store shown at checkout.
• Your order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully taken and you receive an order number on screen.
• Collection times are estimates. We will do our best to have your order ready on time, but busy periods can cause short delays.
• Please bring your order number when you collect. We may hold uncollected orders for a limited time only.

Prices and availability

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Products, flavours and prices may change and are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer a replacement or refund for that item.

Allergens

Please read our allergen information and speak to our team before ordering if you have an allergy or intolerance. We cannot guarantee that any product is free from allergens.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
