• Enquiries: when you submit a wholesale or future locations form, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, business name, email, phone number, postcode and message.
• Orders: when online ordering is available, we will collect the name, contact details and order details needed to prepare your collection order. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not see or store your full card details.
• Postcode searches: if you search for a location, the postcode is sent to a postcode lookup service to find nearby locations. If you choose to use your device location, it is used in your browser only and is not stored by us.
• Technical data: our servers may log basic technical information such as a scrambled version of your IP address to prevent spam and abuse.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, to prepare and manage orders, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to meet our legal obligations. We rely on our legitimate interests in running our business and, for orders, on performing our contract with you.

How long we keep it
